Terms of Delivery of company Sperky Ltd.


  • Minimum value of an order to be shipped is reqiured to be at least 1€ / £0,88 without postage!

  • All prices in our E-shop include VAT 20%.

  • Goods are shipped by Post and delivered by your local Post Office (depending on your country) during working days only! Delivery of packages on public holidays or weekends is not possible!

  • Orders with gold jewellery received after 9:00 am and on weekends are processed only on the next working day!

  • Orders received before 13:00 with payment on delivery are processed on the same working day.




Delivery Period and Stock Status of Jewelry E-shop.



  • The delivery period depends on availability of the chosen goods. Availability of the goods is signalized by the GREEN shopping cart shown in the picture.

  • ***All items with GREEN cart are available in stock.***


 In case the goods are sold out, the shopping cart is marked RED and the jewelry cannot be ordered.

  • If you are interested in goods that are currently sold out, please, insert your email address into the bar on the product webpage. As soon as the product is available and it can be ordered again, you will be automatically notified about its status.

  • Once the ordered jewelry is available, it is sent to the customer on the next working day. It means you will get it in approximately 5 to 7 days after placement of the order (delivery time depends on the individual European Union country).

  • In case the goods are not delivered in the stated period of time and you are not notified about incoming parcel, do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with a posting or tracking number.




  • The goods are shipped by Post.
  • Free delivery is on every order over 69€ / £59


Ways of Payment Jewelry E-shop

  • There are two possible metods of payment

  • The first is via PayPal, the second is by CardPay. The way of payment can be chosen while placing the order.


  • When the goods are dispatched from the e-shop, every customer is notified via email. If the postman does not find you at home, you should find a new mail notification in your mailbox.

The seller is not responsible for any possible damage or delay caused by the carrier!
