Extended warranty
Service definition: The extended warranty service provides an extension of the warranty by one, two or three years. After purchasing this service, the product will be under warranty depending on the period selected:
PURCHASE BY A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL

PURCHASE BY BUSINESS ENTITIES

Service benefits
In the event of a post statutory warranty claim, we will repair the product, replace it with a new one, or issue a voucher for your next purchase in the full amount of the product's purchase price.
Coverage
COVERS manufacture defects that become apparent in the product after the end of the statutory warranty. The service effectively extends the standard statutory warranty of the insured product by a further 1 to 3 years, depending on the variant of the service purchased.
It DOES NOT COVER mechanical damage, theft, defects caused by improper use of the product.
Service validity: The service activates upon payment.
Service use: Customer must send the product at his own expense. This means that the customer bears all costs associated with the shipping of the product. The address for the return of the product is provided in the terms and conditions paragraph VI "CLAIM AND WARRANTY".
Service price: The extended warranty service price is determined on an individual basis.
Service withdrawal: It is possible to withdraw from the service within 14 days after the purchase of the service without stating the reason.
The service expires by:

expiration of the agreed service provision period

theft of the product
-
the provision of a voucher fulfilment
-
valid withdrawal from the purchase contract within the statutory period

exchange for a new product
